Terrance Harris is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and still considers the Philadelphia home. Terrance enlisted in the delayed entry program in 1985 and actively served until his retirement in 2011.
Harris was assigned to the University of Richmond Spider Battalion in September 2019 as a military science instructor. He serves as an instructor for the program’s MS2 or second-year ROTC cadets and is the operations contractor responsible for arranging and coordinating training for the Spider Battalion. The program oversees the development of cadets from six universities in the central Virginia region and focuses on developing innovative future leaders.
